FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I...
I. Pay my HOA account? Please see the proper payment methods below.
1. Issue payment to your HOA only and mail to First Covenant Bank (FCB). The address is:

2. Generate echecks/online payments from your bank to the HOA.
3. Register online at www.elan-mgmt.com to set up one time or recurring payments with bank account or credit card information.
Don't forget that payments should be issued to your association NOT Elan Management. Payments issued to the wrong payee will be returned to you. Late fees may apply.
II. Have my account reviewed? Please access the Account Review tab on the main website page and follow the instructions.
III. Report interior/structural issues with my home? The HOA does not correct issues with your home. Please contact your builder, developer or warranty corporation for guidance.
IV. Get involved with the community task force or leadership committee? Committees are formed and spearheaded by the residents, this includes formal Neighborhood Watch programs. Please email us at admin@elan-mgmt.com if you would like to participate. We will forward your contact information to the Committees as requested.
V. Register online? Or, I am having difficulty registering online what should I do?
1. Click the "Register" button at the top of the screen.
2. Enter your information including your property address. The account number will not hold up the registration as the system will assign the correct account number to the registration.
3. You should receive an email confirmation with a temporary password within 1-2 business days (not calendar days).
4. Once you receive your password you will be able to log onto your community website. NOTE- Your log on ID is your full length email address (for example: elanelan@yahoo.com). Use the password that was sent in the email confirmation. You may change the password at this time.
5. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" prompt to the left.
6. Check your junk mail/trash folder on your email account. The password may be filtered here by your web maintenance. The email comes from Cincsystems not Elan Management.
VI. Read my HOA bill (aka statement)? Homeowners receive one statement for their HOA account per year. The statement includes the past due balance, current annual fee, schedule of payment(s) and other HOA fees that may be on the account at the time of printing. NOTE: All payments should be directed to the bank for processing- not Elan Management. Don't forget to include your account number on your payment.
VII. Make exterior changes to my home or property? Complete a "Request for Modification" aka RFM form as instructed and mail the appropriate address. See the Documents page on your community website.
VIII. Request payment arrangements for my delinquent account? Complete a "Request for Payment Plan" form as instructed and maile to the appropriate address. See the Documents page on your community website.
IX. What are my HOA fees used for? HOA fees are used to pay for amenities and common areas that are owned and maintained by the HOA (e.g. entrances, ponds, street lights, clubhouses) . Budgets are available online under the community Documents page. Your HOA fees are used to pay for items in the budget.
X. Obtain Access Cards, Remotes, or Change Gate Access Information? Complete an "Access Request" form as instructed. See the Documents page on your community website.
XI. Restore an HOA Service (Water, Trash, etc) that has been interrupted for non payment of assessments and utilities? Some services that are the responsibility of the HOA may be disconnected for homeowners with delinquent accounts. Effective 1/2012, you balance must be less than 60 days delinquent to avoid interruption of service or for reinstatement. You may pay your HOA assessments online or in person at our office. Cancellation, reconnection, and other service fees will apply. If you choose to pay online, please send an email to admin@elan-mgmt.com to alert the staff of your payment. Re-connection is one (1-2) business days.
